Memberships
Parent/carer annual membership is NZ$200 + GST for twelve paid months. It ends without automatically charging for another year; choose a new membership on the Membership page to continue. Other memberships renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Prices are in NZD and GST is added at checkout. Cancel any time from Membership → Cancel subscription and keep access until the end of your trial or paid period.
Free trial
New parents/carers and clinicians receive one free 30-day trial on their first eligible membership. Teachers and School memberships are not eligible. A card is required and the selected membership is charged automatically at the end of the trial unless cancelled beforehand. Returning members and plan switches do not receive another trial.
Plan changes
Switching plans takes effect straight away and the charge is adjusted for the time left in your period.
School plans
A School membership covers the account holder plus up to 5 staff. Staff access ends when the school's membership ends or the staff member is removed.
Your content
You own the information you enter. You must have permission from a child's parent or guardian before entering their information, and only share profile links with people who need them.
Resources
Videos, downloads and classroom materials are for use by members and their own students or families. Please don't resell or publicly re-post them.
Changes
We may update these terms and will tell members about important changes by email.
